This solicitation is an ID/IQ – Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, type contract. This solicitation will result in the award of multiple indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts for the items listed in the attached pricing spreadsheet. The contract term will be a 3 year base with a 2 year option period. The projected quantities do not represent a promise or guarantee of purchase. The guarantee minimum will be $1,000 per contract (NOT per item) over the course of the three (3) year base period. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to add National Stock Numbers (NSN) which meet the specifications of this requirement and/or delete existing NSNs. NIINs will be evaluated on a line-by-line basis. There is no minimum bid requirement. All pricing and proposed delivery is to be completed on the attached “Pricing Sheet”. All Offerors must submit a copy of the attached pricing spreadsheet directly to the buyer, along with a copy of the Solicitation. DO NOT PROVIDE PRICING ON ADDITIONAL PAGES OF THIS SOLICITATION.
