This modification provides an updated Schedule B for the Hardware Acquisition Recompete DLA Direct contract. Delivery shall be FOB Destination except for FMS orders, with shipments possible to any CONUS or OCONUS DLA Depot. For FMS orders, contractors must use the Shipping Information Request (SIR) application to receive shipping instructions, and First Destination Transportation (FDT) will be utilized for both FMS and OCONUS orders.
