Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a modification to the Hardware Acquisition Recompete-Customer Direct (HARCD) contract, updating several attachments and noting that PID/Drawing data is being restored. The government clarifies that offerors are eligible for awards under both the HARCD and HARDD contract vehicles. Key details, including estimated annual quantities and unit of measure clarifications, are provided in Attachment 2 of the RFP. The buyback provision applies only to inventory items, as there are no minimum order quantity requirements for these items.
