The referenced solicitation is hereby extended. The new response date and time is hereby changed to 05 JULY 2024 at 4:00 P.M. ET. 2. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are still working to get the questions and answers completed. Once that is completed, a new amendment will be posted. 3. All other terms and conditions remains the same. ___________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ), and the solicitation number is SP4705-24-Q-1060. No formal solicitation will be issued. Please review the attached Statement of Work for more details. This solicitation is issued as 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 published in the Federal Register on December 22, 2023, and DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20240215. The NAICS code is 512110, Motion Picture and Video Production and the size standard is $40,000,000. Preferably, we are seeking contractors within the Northern Area, closer to Fort Belvoir, VA. The award will be in accordance with FAR part 12, part 13, and part 19. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and with two (2) sequential one (1) year options. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotes will be evaluated for acceptability based on the following criteria, technical, past performance and price combined. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Services Office intends to procure an acquisition on behalf of the Defense Logistics Agency Headquarters Installation Support to establish a contract for laundry service requirement for special events. The video facility engineering support is required to provide support video post productions and broadcast live events systems. See Attachment 1 for the Statement of Work (SOW) for additional information on the requirement. A list of the line items numbers, quantities, and units of measure for the base and option years is located under Attachment 2 – Section B Price Schedule. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision.
