Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted full and open competitive acquisition for Unitized Group Ration A (UGR-A) with HUBZone price evaluation preference. The UGR-A consists of 25 menus (7 Breakfast, 14 Lunch/Dinner, 4 Short Order Lunch/Dinner). Each menu consists of one Perishable box and two Semi Perishable boxes to create a complete module. The components are commercially available. There will be 34 CONUS installations and various OCONUS installations with requirements for these meals. The solicitation will result in one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Type contract per customer installation, for a five year tiered contract period (5-12 month tier periods). The total price of each module will include cost plus distribution fee. Direct vendor delivery to all customers will be utilized. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures will be used to evaluate offers.
