Solicitation number SPE3S1-22-R-0006 is a request for proposal (RFP). Notice: This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code for both CLINs is 311999. FRUIT JUICE POUCH, ORANGE 9/BG; PCR-J-002A, Design B, Type 2, Style B NSN: 8915-01-545-9614 Item Descriptions: Select Dehydrated Juice items utilized in production of the Unitized Group Ration - Express (UGR-E). The required delivery dates shall be, at a minimum, 60 days after receipt of order. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and addenda are attached to the solicitation. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, is applicable to this solicitation. Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) shall be evaluated in accordance with the solicitation criteria. See Section VIII. On page 34 for further information.
