DLA Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations IST Group Rations Team intends to solicit a Request for Proposal SPE3S1-20-R-0009 to establish an indefinite quantity, tiered, five year Fixed Price with EPA (Economic Price Adjustment) contract(s) to provide continued supply of the various Unitized Group Rations Heat and Serve Poly Tray Entree Items. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Contract(s) will be awarded using LPTA, Low Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures to include submission of Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) for all items offered upon. This will be an unrestricted full and open competitive acquisition. Inspection is at the contractor’s plant and acceptance is at destination upon execution of WAWF reports by the authorized Government representative. Required delivery dates shall be within 90 days after issuance of each delivery order. Pricing is FOB destination for orders delivered to Tracy, CA. Delivery quantities shall be provided via delivery orders issued on an as needed basis. Delivery shall be FOB destination to DLA Distribution San Joaquin.
