A Long Term Contract will be awarded to the successful offerors having a Base Year and 4 additional 12 month Tiers for a total of 5 years. It will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with no EPA clauses and awarded to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. The Technical factor will be an acceptblae Product Demonstration Model (PDM) evaluated by the Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineer Center (NSRDEC).
