The US Government intends to award a BPA for the acquisition of non-carbonated bottled water to be U.S. Forces stationed within the boundaries of the Ukraine with a period of performance of up to three years. The award will be made to the responsible offeror with a quote that has the lowest average unit price, is technically acceptable, most advantageous to the Government, and, conforms to and takes no exceptions to the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The products shall be furnished in accordance with the Technical Specifications outlined in Attachment 1 & Attachment 3 and delivered FOB Destination to the locations provided in Attachment 2.
