The items must be in accordance with Public Health Command recommendations Worldwide Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement - Army Public Health Center and Quality Assurance Guidance attached hereto. ATTACHMENT 1 There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This RFI does not constitute a commitment from the Government and any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be inappropriately released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Vendor participation is not a promise for future business with the Government. The sole purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research and is not indicative of a full requirement. Contractors capable and interested in providing bottled water supplies are requested to submit the following: Company Name, Cage Code, and DUNs number Company POC, Phone number, and email Are you SAM registered? Are you a distributor or a manufacturer of bottled water? If a distributor, are you able to procure bottled water from approved PHC sources or will you need to get your sources approved? If a water producer, are you registered as a PHC approved source? If not, are you interested on going through the registration process? Which countries within the African continent would you be able to support? Do you have already a distribution network? If so, what type of lead times do you have?
