Dear Valued Suppliers: This is a Request for Information (RFI). DLA Troop Support Europe and Africa is interested in your comments related to the requirement for fresh milk, dairy and UHT milk requirements for DLA Troop Support Europe & Africa customers. There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, no will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This RFI does not constitute a commitment from the Government and any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be inappropriately released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Vendor participation is not a promise for future business with the Government. The sole purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research. Discussion: DLA requests responses to the following questions: Company Name, Cage Code, and DUNs number? Company POC, Phone number, and email? Can your company provide dairy product in accordance with the attached Commercial Item Description? Can your company meet the Lead times and locations as listed in the draft Terms & Conditions? Is your company able to provide products listed in the Draft Schedule of Items that will be produced, processed and prepared only in production plants listed in the Worldwide Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement? Does your company provide any non-animal based dairy products such as soy, almond, coconut, rice etc? Please provide any comments, questions or feedback related to this RFI. DLA Troop Support encourages and appreciates your participation. Your written comments, suggestions and ideas regarding support for our customers will be treated as confidential and for Government use only.
