Delete the following FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions from the solicitation: 252.225-7001 252.225-7001 Alternate 1 252.225-7002 252.225-7012 52.232-34 52.222-24 252.225-7000 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number SPE303-21-Q-0003. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 effective 15 Jan 2020, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20191231 edition, and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5, and PROCLTR 20-04. This acquisition is an unrestricted acquisition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 311812 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. DLA Troop Support Europe & Africa has a requirement to issue a blanket purchase agreement for freshly baked goods in accordance with the attachments to this solicitation.
