The Defense Logistics Agency is interested in awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a three (3) year period of performance. The Vendor shall furnish Assorted Fountain Soda Beverages, for dining facilities located in Italy to include ships , if and when requested by the Government, from date of award, or otherwise through the date of expiration or cancellation, whichever occurs first. The Vendor shall install beverage dispensing machine (s) within 30 days after date of award at the dining facility . The beverage dispenser(s) shall be installed and maintained at no cost to the U.S. Government. The beverage dispenser will remain the property of the vendor and maintenance will be conducted on a regular basis by the vendor. All items delivered to U.S. Dining Facilities shall be produced, processed and prepared in accordance with the highest commercial standard practices, and shall conform to those products the contractor offers for resale in commercial outlets and/or for export.
