NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 2. PURPOSE: This Sources Sought is for market research to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive. NAICS Code - 312112 Bottled Water PSC - 8960 Beverages, Nonalcoholic 3. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking qualified vendors for a cost estimate to procure and maintain a rotational stock of 90,000 gallons of bottled water. Estimates should include the total cost of the bottled water as well as all other costs associated with the warehousing of the product. See attached spreadsheet. Warehouse or storage facility shall meet commercial food service storage conditions. Containers for the bottled water may vary but, must have a shelf life of at least two (2) years after date of award and be less than or equal to 1gl each. Storage location must be accessible by standard commercial shipping vehicles and have the required Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to support efficient onload of government or contractor vehicles. If proposal contains delivery, it should be priced by container and gallons, including all applicable fees to transport from the storage location to a destination in the vicinity of JBPHH within 24 hours of notification of delivery requirement.
