This requirement will be solicited using FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Guaranteed Contract Minimum Amount: $145,000 (10% of expected annual demand) Maximum Dollar Value: $7,250,000.00 This acquisition will utilize a “lowest price technically acceptable” approach. An award will be made to the responsible offeror that offers the lowest price, that is determined to be fair and reasonable, and whose offer is determined to be technically acceptable in accordance with the solicitation. DELIVERY LOCATIONS Zone 1: refers to the geographical location of Chonburi, Thailand Province, which encompasses Laem Chabang, Sattahip, Sriracha, Pattaya, and Chuk Samet.
