This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE acquisition. NAICS code 326199. Item Description – Collapsible Water Carrier holds 5 gallons of water and folds flat for storage. Made of sturdy, nontoxic polyethylene with reinforced seams. Container must be rectangular when filled. Only Made in USA product is acceptable.
