Notice Type: Synopsis/Solicitation Title: Bread and Bakery Items for Guam Solicitation Number: SPE302-21-R-S001 NAICS CODE(S): 311812 Commercial Bakeries Description: The Government is issuing this solicitation for bread and bakery items for the United States Territory of Guam. The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS Code 311812; size standard 500). A Small Business Administration (SBA) non-manufacturer waiver was approved for this solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Single-Award Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply market fresh bread and bakery products for various customers (United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) Troops (military and non-military) that include public schools) located in Guam. Contract performance will be from December 21, 2020 through December 16, 2023. This IDIQ contract will consist of one (1) twenty-four (24) month base tier, plus one (1) twelve (12) month tier: Tier 1 will be from December 20, 2020 to December 17, 2022. Tier 2 will be from December 18, 2022 to December 16, 2023 The acquisition method is lowest price/technically acceptable (LPTA). The maximum ceiling on the resultant contract is estimated at $2,000,000. The guaranteed minimum on the resultant contract is estimated at $58,718.84.
