Classification Full and Open: Product Service Code: 8960 - BEVERAGES, NONALCOHOLIC NAICS Code: 312111 - Beverage, Carbonated and/or Non-Carbonated, Canned or Bottled, Various Flavors Place of Performance: State of Hawaii Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is SPE302-21-Q-S006 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The Defense Logistics Agency intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a period of performance of up to five (5) years. The vendor shall furnish Coca Cola Beverages, Carbonated and/or Non-Carbonated, Canned or Bottled, Various Flavors, to Department of Defense (DoD) customers on Oahu, Hawaii, if and when requested by the Government, from date of award, through the date of expiration or cancellation, whichever occurs first. 1st Ordering Period October 30, 2021 through October 29, 2022 2nd Ordering Period October 30, 2022 through October 29, 2023 3rd Ordering Period October 30, 2023 through October 29, 2024 4th Ordering Period October 30, 2024 through October 29, 2025 5th Ordering Period October 30, 2025 through October 29, 2026 This is a full and open competition and the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 312111, Soft Drinks Manufacturing. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing soft drinks and artificially carbonated waters. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-- Commercial Items, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See SPE302-21-Q-S006. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 1.0 Description 1.1 Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Pacific (DLA Troop Support) is looking for support for Coca-Cola Beverages, Carbonated and/or Non-Carbonated, Canned or Bottled, Various Flavors for DoD Troops & Ships Customers, Island of Oahu, in the State of Hawaii. We are seeking information on interested contractor's capability in providing Coca-Cola Beverages, Carbonated and/or Non-Carbonated, Canned or Bottled, Various Flavors for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a term period of five years. It is anticipated that there will be one (1) award. 1.2 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, DLA Troop Support is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
