AMENDMENT TO PRE-SOLICITATION: This Amendment is to update the (NAICS Code from 424480/size standard 100) to (NAICS Code 311991/size standard 500). See below. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Government intends to issue a solicitation for full line of Grade USDA No. 1 or better Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (FF&V) for DoD facilities and non-DoD Schools Customers, on the Island of Kauai, in the State of Hawaii. The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS Code 311991/size standard 500). A Small Business Administration (SBA) non-manufacturer waiver is not required for this solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Single Award Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FP with EPA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resultant contract will be for 3 years. It will contain two (2) eighteen-month tiers. The acquisition method is lowest price/technically acceptable (LPTA). The maximum ceiling on the resultant contract is estimated $1,300,000.00. The guaranteed minimum on the resultant contract is estimated $65,000 for the entire 3-year period. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on/about February 10, 2020 with a bidding period of 20 days. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
