The solicitation number is SPE302-20-Q-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The Defense Logistics Agency intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a period of performance of up to five (5) years. The vendor shall furnish Beverages, Carbonated and/or Non-Carbonated, Canned or Bottled, Various Flavors, to Department of Defense (DoD) customers on Oahu, Hawaii, if and when requested by the Government, from date of award, through the date of expiration or cancellation, whichever occurs first. 1st Ordering Period October 01, 2020 through September 30, 2021 2nd Ordering Period October 01, 2021 through September 30, 2022 3rd Ordering Period October 01, 2022 through September 30, 2023 4th Ordering Period October 01, 2023 through September 30, 2024 5th Ordering Period October 01, 2024 through September 30, 2025 This is a full and open competition and the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 312111, Soft Drinks Manufacturing. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing soft drinks and artificially carbonated waters. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-- Commercial Items, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See SPE302-20-Q-0003. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable. DLA Troop Support Indo-Pacific contemplates a fixed price for a 12-month ordering period. Contract Requirements - The successful offeror shall provide DLA customer with Pepsi brand name Beverages, Carbonated and/or Non-Carbonated, Canned or Bottled, Various Flavors products.
