This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research, not a solicitation, regarding fresh Bread and Bakery items for military customers in the Puerto Rico Zone. The government will not pay for any information received or compensate respondents for costs incurred. The proposed contract ordering period is August 29, 2026, to August 26, 2028, for Group 1 customers. Performance of services is limited to the Puerto Rico Zone. Responses to the RFI are requested by the close of business on June 1, 2026.
