Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Request for Information (RFI) to gather market research for future contracts to supply fresh milk and dairy products to military customers in New Jersey and New York. The future solicitation will seek indefinite quantity contracts for delivery to specific locations, including Maguire AFB, Fort Dix, Edison, JCC, and NWS Earle. The performance period for the eventual contract will be either three years (September 20, 2026, to September 22, 2029) or five years (September 20, 2026, to September 20, 2031). Suppliers must be capable of same-day delivery for emergency orders and maintain strict product freshness and temperature standards. Responses to this RFI are requested by the close of business on April 9, 2026.
