This is a Solicitation notice regarding a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Subsistence Pepsi Cans and Bottles contract intended for servicing customers located in the State of Wyoming. Offers are due No Later Than 8PM Eastern Standard Time, 6 February 2026. Background: The Agency intends to issue an award and ultimately enter into one (1) Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (“SIDC”) with a commercial firm to supply Pepsi Cans and Bottles products to military customers in the state of Wyoming. 1. Customers are One Group: Group 1 (Wyoming Troops). 2. These include Pepsi Cans and Bottles Products. The freshness requirement of the product being delivered may not be compromised. 3. The offeror’s distance from the delivery location is very important. The offeror must be capable of delivering product to arrive at the delivery location the same day for emergency orders if necessary. 4. Commercial standards should be used to maintain temperatures appropriate for the individual items. When proposing in response to a solicitation, failure to propose the specified quality requirement per item as identified above may render an offeror’s proposal technically unacceptable. This will consist of DoD/Troop customers in Wyoming. After soliciting, the Agency intends to make one award. Offerors are required to propose on all items in the Schedule of Items on which it offers. Failure to do so may result in a proposal being deemed technically unacceptable and therefore excluded from further consideration for award. Because the Contracting Officer is not obligated to initiate negotiations, when proposing to the solicitation each offeror shall submit its most competitive proposal. Said proposal shall be responsive to all of the Solicitation’s requirements and free from any deficiencies. The period of performance for the resultant contract is from April 19, 2026, to April 19, 2031. All responsible sources must submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price, Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) with two 30 month pricing tiers for all items for the entire term of the contract. Request for Information (RFI) for Pepsi Cans and Bottles support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in the States of Wyoming (WY) Dear Valued Suppliers: This is a Request for Information (“RFI”). DLA Troop Support’s (“Agency”) Subsistence Produce and Market Fresh Program is interested in comments and feedback regarding the Agency’s Pepsi Cans and Bottles items to the Department of Defense (“DoD” Troop). There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This RFI does not constitute a commitment from the Government and any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Please note that by responding to the instant Agency request, a potential offeror is not promised any future business with the Government. The sole purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to assist the Agency in crafting appropriate solicitation in the future.
