This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a future contract to supply fresh bread and bakery products to Department of War troop customers in Colorado and Wyoming. The government is conducting market research and will not pay for any information provided, nor does this RFI commit to any future business. The intended contract will be a single indefinite quantity contract with a proposed ordering period starting in November. All products must meet freshness requirements, including proper mold inhibitors and temperature controls, with acceptance limited to fresh product.
