Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) for Subsistence Prime Vendor (SPV) Support for Puerto Rico
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a full-line food distributor to act as a Prime Vendor for supplying and delivering a comprehensive range of perishable and semi-perishable food items to military and federally funded customers throughout Puerto Rico. The contract is a 12-month Fixed Price IDIQ with a one-month ramp-up and a 10-month performance period. The estimated contract value is $32,000,000, with a maximum of $48,000,000 and a guaranteed minimum of $3,200,000. Services must be performed in Puerto Rico, supporting all authorized customers on the island, including visiting ships and training locations. The award will be made using a Best-Value Tradeoff process.
