This is notification that an award has been made IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 393 day bridge contract with no option periods to Sysco Northern New England (Cage Code 0DFS0), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Northern New England area. This contract, SPE30023D3351, is effective from November 19, 2022 through December 16, 2023 or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
