This is a notification that an award has been made IAW with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justfication for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 245-day bridge contract with no option periods to Sysco Central Texas (CAGE Code 6W4C8), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Central Texas area. This contract SPE300-22-D-3346, is effective from June 26, 2022 through February 25, 2023 or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for a full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
