This is a notification that an award was made IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 165-day bridge contract with no option periods to Sysco Louisville (CAGE Code 0ZSS8), to continue Prime Vendor services to the KENTUCKY, WEST VIRGINIA, INDIANA, AND OHIO AREA. This contract, SPE300-22-D-3339, will be effective from December 26, 2021 through May 31, 2022 or until the implementation of a new contract is complete. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
