This is a notification that an award was made IAW with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justfication for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 238-day bridge contract with no option periods to Sysco Central Texas (CAGE Code 6W4C8), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Central Texas area. This contract SPE300-22-D-3336, is effective from October 31, 2021 through June 25, 2022 or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for a full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
