Solicitation SPE300-20-R-0034 is designed to place Bread and Bakery Items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (“DoD”) customers in the El Paso, Texas. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC applied to Bread and Bakery with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from October 11, 2020 to October 14, 2023. The solicitation contains one group: Group 1: Fort Bliss - El Paso, Texas All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.mil. If not registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in Portable Document Format (PDF).
