The DLA Troop Support Subsistence Directorate intends to enter into a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) contract with Economic Price Adjustment (“EPA”), with a full line food distributor who will act as a Prime Vendor responsible for the supply and delivery of semi-perishable and perishable food items to military and other authorized customers on the Island of Okinawa. The Maximum Dollar Value is $255,000,000.00. This acquisition will be solicited on a full and open competition basis, after exclusion of sources, since it is a 100% small business set aside. The length of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be for five years. A more detailed listing of the delivery sites can be found in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA TROOP SUPPORT. The resultant award will be for a Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), with Economic Price Adjustment. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
