This is a notification that an award was made IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a 182-day contract to Pocono ProFoods (CAGE Code 4NLG7), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Southern New York areas. This contract, SPE300-20-D-3284, will run from July 26, 2020 through January 24, 2021. The Justification is attached.
