This is a notification that an award was made IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a 241-day contract to Merchants Foodservice (CAGE Code 7T383), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the Louisiana/Mississippi areas. This contract, SPE300-20-D-3280, will run from June 26, 2020 through February 21, 2021. The Justification is attached.
