This is a notification that an award was made IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 63-day base contract with no option periods to Sysco Seattle, Inc. (CAGE Code 0GMX0), to continue Prime Vendor services to the Navy Ships located in the Seattle, Washington area. This contract SPE300-20-D-3263, will be effective from February 15, 2020 through April 18, 2020 or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line food distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
