This is a notification that an award was made IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competiton, as a 364-day base contract with no option periods to Sysco Central Texas (Cage Code 6W4C8), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Central Texas area. This contract, SPE300-20-D-3246, will be effective from November 10, 2019 through Novemeber 7, 2020 or until the award of the new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for the full line distribution and is being posted IAW reqquirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
