This opportunity is an unrestricted solicitation for a full-line of fresh fruit and vegetable produce support for Department of Defense (DoW) and USDA school customers in the Alabama and Florida Panhandle Zone. The contract will have a total length of five years, structured with one 24-month tier and two 18-month tiers, with a guaranteed minimum of 10% of the first year. The estimated maximum total contract value is $210,000,000. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures, requiring offerors to take no exceptions to the terms and submit pricing for all market basket items across all tiers. Offerors must possess a valid PACA license and a USDA Harmonized GAP Plus+ audit (with warehouse and food defense addenda) or equivalent, while past performance will not be used as an evaluation factor.
