This unrestricted solicitation seeks offers for a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables supporting DoW (troop) and Non-DoW (USDA School) customers, with delivery points in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle Zone. The contract will have a five-year total period structured as one 24-month tier and two 18-month tiers, with an estimated maximum total value of $210,000,000. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures, with technical acceptability requiring a valid PACA license and a USDA Harmonized GAP Plus+ or GMP audit (or recognized equivalent) for each place of performance, plus pricing for all market basket items and tiers.
