This is notification that a bridge contract was made IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition to EFS EBREX Sarl (EFS) CAGE SH276 to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in Western Africa area of responsibility (AOR). The bridge contract is for a period of 390 days, effective September 16, 2025 through October 10, 2026, and the Justification is attached. All Terms and conditions of Subsistence Prime Vendor Contract SPE300-20-D4067 are hereby incorporated herein, and only supplemented by those terms and conditions included in this contract.
