This is notification that a bridge contract was made IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition to Theodor Wille Intertrade GMBH (TWI) (CAGE SU371) to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in Northern Europe area of responsibility (AOR). The bridge contract is for a period of 490 days, effective September 11, 2025 through December 17, 2026, and the Justification is attached. All Terms and conditions of Subsistence Prime Vendor Contract SPE300-20-D-4065 are hereby incorporated.
