Solicitation SPE300-23-R-0012 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk, Dairy and Ice Cream items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (DoD) customers (Ship & Land facilities) in the San Diego, CA area. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm fixed price with two 18 month pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from June 11, 2023, to June 13, 2026. Tier 1 will be from June 11, 2023, to December 11, 2024. Tier 2 will be from December 12, 2024, to June 13, 2026. The solicitation contains three (3) groups: Group 1: Various DoD Troop Ship Facilities in the San Diego, CA area. Group 2: Various DoD Troop Land Facilities near San Diego, CA (e.g.Camp Pendleton, NAB Coronado & Miramar) Group 3: Ice Cream specific items for the various San Diego Ship and Land facilities (ref Group 1 &2) All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
