This is a notification that an award was made IAW with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justfication for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 125-day bridge contract with no option periods to US Foods Missouri (CAGE Code 08GX7), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Missouri area. This contract SPE300-21-D-3320, is effective from May 23, 2021 through September 25, 2021 or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for a full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.302-1. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
