The proposed acquisition will be an Indefinite-delivery, Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), fixed price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) bridge contract for Subsistence Prime Vendor (SPV) support for a period of 213 days, which includes coverage for a sixty day (60) ramp-up period for the follow-on competitive procurement to allow for implementation activities such as the establishment of a Subsistence Total Order and Receipt System (STORES) catalog by the awardee. The proposed bridge contract (SPE300-21-D-3310) encompasses SPV support for all authorized DLA customers located in the Northern New York and Surrounding Areas for a full-line of food and beverage items.
