This is a notification that an award was made IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 97-day bridge contract with no option periods to US Foods, Inc. Raleigh, North Carolina, (CAGE Code 335F4), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Norfolk, VA Land area. This contract, SPE300- 21-D-3302, is effective from November 18, 2020 through February 23, 2021 or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
