This is a notification that an award was made IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1) Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 108-day bridge contract with no option periods to US Foods Salem (Cage Code 08GX7), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the Missouri/Illinois areas. This contract, SPE300-21-D-3300, is effective from October 31, 2020 through February 16, 2020, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for the full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
