Solicitation SPE30020RX0024 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh bread and bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract for various Department of Defense (“DoD”) customers in Southern California. Contract performance is expected to be from Sunday, October 18. 2020 through Saturday, October 17, 2022. The resultant award will be issued as an indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) not to exceed 2 years or $250,000.00 aggregate value, whichever occurs first. Price quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire period of performance. The resultant contract will be based on the lowest evaluated aggregate price. The offeror must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offeror takes any exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award.
