The government seeks domestically manufactured Halyard Sterling SensiGuard Nitrile Powder-Free Examination Gloves in sizes XS through XXL via a non-competitive, sole-source acquisition strategy. The resulting contract would include a one-year base period plus two additional six-month option periods and establish a national supply source for DLA and Defense Health Agency customers through the DLA Medical Surgical Prime Vendor program. Annual usage estimates will be provided in the Schedule of Supplies, and delivery/acceptance dates and places are to be determined, with F.O.B. destination.
