The Defense Logistics Agency- Troop Support is seeking sources capable of providing Medical Gas Cylinders. The Medical Gas Cylinders requested for purchase are NSN 6505-00-132-5181, OXYGEN, USP, FILLED CYLINDER, SIZE D, 95 GAL & 6505-00-132-5199, OXYGEN, USP, FILLED CYLINDER, SIZE H, 1650 GAL, and SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-O-37997 DATED 18 DECEMBER 1985 with some exceptions. Also for NSN 6505-00-130-1920, NITROUS OXIDE, USP, FILLED, SIZE D CYLINDER, 250 GAL, and SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-N-37996 DATED 24 DECEMBER 1985 with some exceptions. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply to 6505-00-132-5181, OXYGEN, USP, FILLED CYLINDER, SIZE D, 95 GAL. These products shall be FDA regulated. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract is proposed. DLA Troop Support has the following annual estimated requirements for the item listed: 6505-00-132-5181 – 6000 EA 6505-00-132-5199 – 500 EA 6505-00-130-1920 – 100 EA. These annual estimates requirements for the Medical Gas Cylinders requires a One (1) Base Year with Four (4) One Year Options Periods. Ordered quantities shall be delivered to the Defense Distribution Depot in Tracy CA. This is a request for information (RFI) and does not commit the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or pay any cost associated with responding to the RFI. All submitted information shall remain with the U.S. Government and will not be returned. *** Currently Marketed Medical Gas Cylinders*** If your firm can provide these items, please provide information with respects to the following: Place of Manufacture Estimated Annual Capacity FDA registration information Product Name and description including description of any special features Current unit sale price Estimated inventory level and storage requirements Delivery days for each item Capacity for surge and sustainment requirements All information submitted will be kept confidential as allowed by relevant Federal law and will be eligible for additional special protections under the conditions of the Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) Program outlined in the Critical Infrastructure Information Act of 2002.
