Amendment implements Section 889(a)(1)(B) Prohibition on Contracting with Entities Using Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment issued on July 14, 2020 as contained in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). There are two prohibitions set forth in Section 889(a)(1)(B), the first issued in August 13, 2019, as identified in ECAT Solicitation Amendment 0004, and the revision which takes effect on August 13, 2020.
