The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is conducting market research in support of India Covid Relief. This RFI is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Finding reliable and safe oxygen, which is first-line therapeutic care, is difficult and increasingly challenging. Therefore, DLA Troop Support is requesting information for systems that meet minimum essential performance characteristics. Please review the attached RFI document which lists pertinent information to include, but not limited to, the Minimum Essential Performance Characteristics, Quantities, and Submission Requirements. Update to Section 5. Feedback Requested of the RFI: (1) Lead Time Quantity listed as 700 in error. Qty for review is 7000 (2) Addiitonal Questions : Please include additional information for cord/plug configuration utilized in India. Are there electrical adapters/connectors that are required to plug US sourced systems into the wall?
