Asteres, the manufacturer of the system has the sole proprietary rights to the equipment, software, and data rights of the existing system. Innovation, as an authorized retailer of the ScriptCenter Locker Solution on PMCE contract SPE2D1-19-D-0017, is the only responsible source for this requirement.
