The Defense Logistics Agency is planning a fully competitive, firm-fixed price requirements contract for Oxycodone HCL-Acetaminophen Tablets in various dosages and bottle counts. The contract will have a one-year base period with four one-year option periods to establish a national supply source for multiple federal agencies. The projected solicitation date is October 2021, but the agency reserves the right to issue it before or after that date. Performance will be national in scope to support the DLA and VA prime vendor programs. The solicitation will be posted online, and all sources may submit a proposal.
